At my appt, my car was taken in promptly and 4 new tires were installed. The service at the front desk was very able and friendly. {even though Chris was AWOL} I'm very satisfied.

Robbie and his team at Edina provide fabulous service. They are professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Their alignment specialist is also the best. Recently, one or more of our newly purchased tires was defective. Robbie exchanged tires for another brand; he squeezed us into his busy schedule, even got the alignment done. Now the car rides pefectly, tracks like its on rails. Samaritan Tire is very competitive. Go there if you want great service and to avoid the busy factory like competitors.

Oh my heavens! What a pleasant bunch of people that work there at Samaritan Tires and auto. I will be seeing them in a week to switch back to my winter tires that they have been storing. Almost never have I seen any of them give me a look like the crazy guys here. The mechanics in the back, I was allowed to go and ask them something about my car. And it was like they had been friends of mine and they were just helping me out!. And I don’t mean like good friends are. Well, the mechanic didn’t ask me to loan him money or anything, but… still friendly. And the guys and I think I saw a gal at the front counter are just so informed and pleasant. Cool, calm and collected. And that is not usually me but when I walk in, all the customers and people behind the counter to the mechanics, everybody is just pleasant. Their sales approach put me at ease, and I have been a salesman all my life and it was just comfortable the way they talk to you, but it’s not like a sales pitch, it’s information and you can make some choices. It’s so comfortable even though you know you’re gonna spend some, it almost becomes not an issue. I have heard that they have a fabulous emergency services! but I have not had to use that service, thank the Dog. So go get happy and know that they are doing their best for you! I really appreciated the service I received in my purchase of winter snow tires and much needed alignment. I trust the expert information I received about the tired, as well as, the competitive pricing. We’ve purchased tires for years from Samaritan and continue to come back because of the honest and excellent service.
