I would like to thank the crew at Samaritan Tire for their great work. I pulled in on a Friday 1 hour before closing and requested to have my front tires balanced because I had a long drive back to Canada the next day and my car was vibrating at higher speeds. The crew looked over all 4 of my tires and noticed that one of the rear tires had split and bulged. They communicated to me in simple terms that i could understand what this was and that it would not be safe for me to drive back north under these conditions. The crew found 4 new winter tires and had me ready to go first thing in the morning. I appreciate their honesty and professionalism and getting me and my family home safe. I called for an appointment to bring my own tires and wheels for mounting. Blake was very helpful and told me that I could bring them in for them to mount. The staff inspected the tires and wheels, mounted the tires on my newly refinished wheels and balanced them. When I picked them up everyone (from the counter staff to the shop) was very helpful, offered to help load them in my truck and made certain I was satisfied. This was my first experience with Samaritan Tire, but will NOT be my last...I was more than pleased with the high level of service and attention I received (I did not even have a major purchase from them) and would certain purchase future tire, wheel and other services from Samaritan Tire. Thanks for the wonderful service.

You guys recently installed a new set of tires on my S550 Benz. Again, your recommendation for the best tire is spot-on. These tires are great and the service was first rate as usual. I would never go anywhere else for tire work.
They had an excellent price on the tires I wanted for our Subaru, and done earlier than the time requested. This is the second time I have bought tires from Samaritan, and I will keep going back due to the excellent service.
